- Add all of the bleach powder to Oxide Water. Shut the cap tightly and shake mixture for 30 seconds to ensure that the powder has been thoroughly absorbed.
- Add cream to the mixture, which has been made in Step 1, containing the bleach powder. Shut the cap tightly and shake mixture for 15 seconds.
- Attach nozzle and apply solution evenly to dry hair and leave on until hair has lightened to the desired shade.
- Rinse well and finish with shampoo and conditioner.
